Thanksgiving Point

This week has been quite bleak. Freezing cold weather, rain, threatened snow.....we decided to take a chance on Thursday and go to Thanksgiving Point, regardless of threatened rain. So glad we did. It was beautiful. The next day was bleak again, so it was great to see the sunshine for a moment. Here are some pictures from the outing. I went with friends Robin and Stephanie. Good times. I thought we would go for an hour. We were there for at least 3 hours and had to force the kids to leave. I would say it was a success.

Oquirrh Temple Open House

I took the five kids to the Temple Open House today. It was beautiful to see. I am hoping some of the children were inspired by the experience. There is such a sacred beauty found at the Temple!

Funny notes: Maddie (3) is almost taller and maybe taller than brother Benjamin (4). Ethan SO reminds me of Calvin and Hobbes in the picture below. We were thinking we might name him Calvin before he was born. It would so fit him!

We had a nice time today! My babies are growing up quickly.
