Easter with Grandparents

Grandma and Grandpa put on quite the Easter egg hunt for the kids. They had SOOOOO much fun! A fabulous Easter. My parents have a great backyard for playing. Trees to climb, beautiful plants and flowers everywhere. The kids had such a great time playing at their grandparents. They also found lots of toys, stuffed animals, and TONS of candy! Thanks for all the fun!!!

Easter Monday Continued!

We got another amazing Easter package today from Brandon's parents! Inside were gifts for everyone. The kids loved getting their own little Easter treat & toy bag! The kids managed to open all their bags before I could get a picture, except little Brandon. I managed to get a couple of pictures of Brandon opening his Easter bag from Nana & Papa. The book they sent Brandon was "Take me out of the bathtub." It has lyrics which can be sang to the tune of "take me out to the ballgame." We are all greatly enjoying hearing these words sung by Brandon, over and over again, all around the house! Another bonus to the package; I LOVE the handmade cards that Nana makes for every holiday. They are beautiful. I had to take pictures so I can remember her ideas when I am in a position to once again make cards!

Easter Monday!

My brother Daniel & wife Diane sent us a beautiful Easter cookie boquet! My Mom had also bought cookies for the kids to decorate yesterday. As we had eaten so much junk yesterday, we decided to save the cookies for today. As you can see, the beautiful cookies sent by Dan & Diane were almost too beautiful to eat, but we tried to not let that get in the way! The kids also had fun decorating the sugar cookies and eggs my Mom had left yesterday. So, Brandon said that due to all our Easter activities today; today was Easter Monday! Thanks everyone for all the Easter festivities!

Friday Easter Hunt!

My parents put together a most fabulous Easter egg hunt for the kids on Friday night. It was incredible. Toys, treats, and tons of fun! The kids had so much fun, and they even babysat for us while we went to enjoy a date night! Thanks so much, we all had so much fun! Grandparents are the best! Thanks Mom & Dad for a great night!
